Yes. The security deposit is fully refundable after the vehicle is returned in good condition, subject to inspection.

Yes, we offer free or paid airport pickup and drop-off at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, depending on your reservation package.

All our vehicles are covered by basic insurance. Optional full insurance / zero excess cover is available for extra peace of mind.

Most of our rentals come with unlimited mileage unless stated otherwise in your booking.

In case of a mechanical issue, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance and a replacement vehicle when necessary.

Yes, we rent to both tourists and Mauritian residents.

Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance are usually free. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Yes, our vehicles can be driven anywhere on the island, except on restricted off-road or unsafe terrains.

Cars are provided with fuel and must be returned with the same fuel level. Fuel is not included in the rental price unless stated.

Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis from the time you collect the vehicle.

Example:

  • Pick-up at 10:00 AM on Monday
  • Drop-off at 10:00 AM on Tuesday

= 1 rental day

If the car is returned later than the agreed time, extra hours may be charged or count as an additional rental day depending on the company policy.


In the event of an accident:

  1. Stay safe and contact the nearest police station immediately.
  2. Inform us right away so we can assist you.

  4. If you opted for full insurance / zero excess, you may not have to pay anything unless the damage results from negligence or a violation of the rental terms.
  5. An accident report is required to process insurance.
